2009 Proposals

This public proposal review and rating web site gives you a chance not only to see what topics might be featured at this year’s conference, you may also rate proposals on a scale of 1-5. You may only rate each proposal once.

The community’s feedback on proposals will be considered as one of several factors by the official TTIX Proposal Review committee as it determines which presentations to put through for this year’s conference.

  • Getting published in a Scholarly Journal: You Can do it!!

    Hiring and tenure requirements are becoming increasingly stringent at colleges and universities around the country. University administrators are looking at the scholarly productivity of faculty and those with faculty status to judge their performance as professionals. This workshop will discuss the basics of publishing: how to develop an idea, searching out appropriate journals that will publish your work, and what to do when an article is rejected and you need to resubmit.
