Vendor Exhibits and Sponsorships

TTIX is an "open conference" that does not charge its attendees a conference fee. Our costs are offset by sponsors--commercial, corporate, and non-profit organizations with philosophies and products important to TTIX participants.

Sponsors

Sponsors will have logo and business info featured in the TTIX web site/program, and will be mentioned during TTIX opening sessions, luncheons, and other TTIX events. Gold-level sponsors may choose to exhibit and present information directly to TTIX participants.

Exhibitor Application Deadline: May 30, 2010

Teaching with Technology Exchange is a unique conference with an audience that spans the gamut from educators to technologists to administrators. In 2009 we had nearly 200 registered attendees, and over a dozen state and corporate sponsors.

If your company or organization would like to convince our audience to choose your teaching-with-technology related products or services, sign up for a vendor exhibit.

Exhibitors are given space to show posters, demonstrate software, provide literature, and conduct discussions with TTIX conference attendees.

Basic Exhibit Cost

$750

Basic exhibitors qualify as "Silver" level sponsors, and their exhibit tables are hosted in the TTIX Exhibitor room. Limited availability: 6 Basic Exhibit slots.

Exclusive Exhibit Cost

$1500

Exclusive exhibitors qualify as "Gold" level sponsors, and their exhibit tables are hosted in a high-traffic area where both keynotes and refreshment breaks are held. Exclusive Exhibitors may also reserve a presentation session in which to discuss or demonstrate their products to TTIX participants. Limited availability: 6 Exclusive Exhibit slots.

Exhibitor Inclusions

All TTIX Exhibitors recieve:

  • All spaces are approx. 6'x6'.
  • Draped 4' table and two chairs
  • Electrical outlets
  • TTIX presenter dinner for two persons
  • Listing on conference website and in program
  • Logo and company hyperlink on TTIX web site and program info.

Exclusive Exhibtors additionally recieve:

  • A 45-minute information presentation or product demonstration session

Tentative Exhibit Hours & Details

  1. Thursday, June 10: 10 am - 4 pm
  2. Friday, June 11: 10 am - 3:30 pm

Because keynotes happen in the same room, exhibits MUST be set up before 8:30am on each day.

Deadline

Space is first-come, first-served. All payments should be received by May 30, 2010.

Installation and Dismantling of Exhibits

Exhibitors may begin installation Thursday, June 10 at 8 am. Move-in must be complete and all shipping materials removed by 8:30 am on June 10. Dismantling may begin at 4:00 pm on Friday, June 11, and must be complete by 5:30 pm.
